+## Summary
+
+Merged latest upstream `origin/dev` (`anomalyco/opencode`) into the CloudAxe fork `dev` branch. The merge was clean. Voice-control modules and their integration hooks stayed in place.
+

+- Voice command parser: 4 passing tests (`send`, `clear`, longer phrases, commands disabled)
+- Production renderer and main bundles contain the Voice settings title, the prompt microphone action, and the voice IPC handlers including toggle and default hotkey `Alt+Space`
+
+## Windows package
+
+- Built with `OPENCODE_CHANNEL=prod`
+- In-repo `electron-builder` output failed with `EPERM` renaming `dist/win-unpacked.tmp` on OneDrive
+- Installer written outside the repo: `C:\Users\axcho\AppData\Local\Temp\opencode-desktop-1.18.33\opencode-desktop-win-x64.exe`
+- Copy in the checkout: `packages/desktop/dist/opencode-desktop-win-x64.exe`
